Reading the latest What PC? (again) and I found this letter, and thought, hey, since I've done this in the past (i.e. putting it on my web site) I thought I'd do it again. It's from the March 1999 issue.
And here it is, this interesting letter about troubles this guys been having with a PC. I'll let you read it. One way that I've avoided (!!???) problems with PCs is by building it myself, then any problems you have, which are quite numerous (depending on what you do to it) can be easily fixed. Mostly by re-installing Windows!!
